As requested by Joe, this post is about DIET and LOSING WEIGHT. Actually i don't know much about it. I was actually using the wrong diet and losing weight plan. So, i don't want others to follow my footstep, so, i give you all a healthy diet plan.
  1. Stop taking JUNK FOODS.
  2. Decrease your sugar and salt intake.
  3. Drink plenty of water. NO SOFT DRINKS. NO SWEET DRINKS. If you're the person who love to drink coffee or milk tea or any other drinks, i prefer you not to add sugar in it. At first, it doesn't taste nice, but soon after, u will get used to it. Just like me.. Trust me =)
  4. For your meals of the day, DECREASE your rice and red meat intake. Opt for chicken breast meat and fish. I know most of you dont like to eat breast meat because the meat not smooth and tender..hehe~ But its good for the one who wants to loss weight. Eat more vegetables and fruits as well.
  5. If can, skip your dinner. If cant, just eat fruits and drink plenty of water to make your stomach full. hehe~
  6. Stop consuming oily foods and foods that high in sugar.
  7. DO NOT TAKE SUPPER!!!!! Mind my words.
  8. Most importantly, EXERCISE regularly. Go jogging for about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. Either early in the morning or late afternoon. If you're hardworking enough, then u can jog in the morning and late afternoon.
  9. If you're bread lover, then opt for wholemeal bread.
  10. WALK around after taking your meal.
This is just a roughly planned diet and weight loss programme. I cant give you step by step. This have to see how you arrange your own diet plan. hehe =) But one thing you have to put in mind is DISCIPLINE YOURSELF. IF YOU CANT, YOU WILL FAIL IT. For the first few weeks, u will feel quite suffering, but u will get used to it on the 3rd or 4th week. =)
