a little update from me =)

Ahh...my time was really packed. As you all know, the offer from the university just out last week. So, thats mean, i only have a week to settle everything. I bought my formal clothes, luggage, clothes for co-curriculum, iron, black shoes for orientation. I still haven buy the electric kettle and black long pant. Apart from that, i already paid my fees for the 1st semester at Bank Islam this morning. So, i've settled 1/2 of my things already. *breathes* Saw a lot of greenian at Bank Islam. Talked to Karen about the ptptn. She said she not going to apply for it because since our parents can afford to pay the fees, why we still wanna apply for it? Furthermore, the procedure to apply the ptptn is very "leceh" lo. We still have to bank in the deposit money to the SSPN account. You know how much the deposit i should bank in? IT'S RM 3000 leh...It's a big amount lo. This is because my dad's monthly income is over rm 2000. It's so ridiculous, no? SO, I'M NOT GOING TO APPLY FOR IT!!!!!

Tomoro, i'm going to school to let the teacher sign all my documents and certificate. What else should i need to settle down besides that? hmm....Oh ya, fill in my form....LOL!! Also, i'm going to Pos Laju to post my co-curriculum card. I feel relieve now after i done all my things. The past few days, I'm so worried until i have no appetite to eat my meals. I skipped my meals instead...

Now, at least i have some times to update my blog....After reach Kedah, i wont have much time to read blogs, chatting, blogging as usual like what i used to be...unless i got a laptop. At the moment, i wont buy laptop until i really really need it. But i know, i will buy it on semester 2. hehe~

One week before leaving....

Woohoo~ I've got the result this afternoon. I was so damn excited when i got know the result. I was chosen to furthering my studies in UUM. Wahaha~ Pia and me was chosen in the same Uni. The registration day is on 29th June 2008. It's on Sunday leh....I have to book air ticket soon. From Kuching to KL and KL to Alor Setar. I dunno whether my parents want to buy from MAS or Air Asia. It cost us a lot for this short trip eh. hmm! My parents have to spend a lot this time. It makes me feel so bad now since the economics is not GOOD recently.

Oh..well, my parents will not accompanying me to Kedah since i have few friends studied in the same Uni. Parents keep on worrying about me. Ahh....same goes to me too. I'm worried too. All these while, i rely on my parents too much. I did not learn to be independent. From now on, i have to do all the things by myself. Take care of myself and so on. fuh~~~ I have to learn to be independent no matter what. I have to learn to be thrifty as well. Cant spend whenever i want, however i want. hmmm......

I might be leaving on 27th June. Ahh...I'm gonna quit my job as an "auntie" or "indon maid" or "kuli" at Rhema....whahahaha~ I feel so shame when my sis say me like that...ADUH~~~~~Luckily i'm leaving soon. I cant stand of it anymore. Got one new "auntie" in Rhema. I really cant stand of her mouth and attitude. So auntie-ish lerr....Ish~~~ She just 20+ yrs old only leh already act like an auntie. The way she talk is too loud. Scared ppl cant hear what she said. Sometimes, she just think of herself only. Selfish?? hmmm....Her attitude and the way she talk really cant let ppl not to talk bad about her. And she really annoyed me recently. I ignored what she said sometimes...hehehe!

Anyhow, I'll resign on Monday. But i felt reluctantly to leave the beloved students of mine especially Cheryl. I love her so much. I sayang her lots. Ahh....I know i will miss her lots when i leaving the school.

Ok...that's all for now. I'll blog as much as possible before i leave. I might be as busy as a bee when i start my new life in Kedah. So, i'll seldom updating my blog then...hehe!

Woke up quite "early" this morning. Had my breakfast and did my homework. Tonnes of work need to be done as soon as possible. hmm... Mom fried fish for lunch only. So, i decided to fry eggs with big onion and anchovy with big onion. And it turned out like.........

Tadaa~~~ my egg with big onion..Actually the egg doesn't look like that. The onion should stick together with the egg. But, this one, it doesn't. Hmm....

I know I know. It looks horrible. But still nice to eat what...I'm not good at cooking at all. Cant even fry an egg...I don't really like cooking. But when comes to baking, i love it to bits. I even find some recipes from the site and give it a try.

My colleague came over to my house this afternoon. Then, she asked me to accompany her to Selection nearby my house. Went home and took my shower. Off to dinner at The Venue, Rh Plaza. Full house tonight. Everyone celebrating Father's Day.

Father's Day

Had staff meeting this morning. Arrived school at 7.20am. Took Rhema Staff's photo. Actually, i shouldn't be included in the photo because i'm only the temporary staff and i'll resign soon. =) We started our meeting around 8 and played some games around 9+am. While playing games, accident happened. One of my colleague fell down and knocked her head on the floor. And she got dizzy after that. Awhile later, she vomited. Once your head knocked, and vomited after awhile, that's mean, your brain affected. Then, a few staffs sent her to the hospital. I don't know which hospitals. We all continued play the games and had our breakfast later on. Due to the incident, we ended our meeting earlier around 11am.

Went home, took shower and off to lunch with sisters. First, we went to Maxis centre. Then, we headed to Jade Pot to had our lunch with one of my sister's friend. Me and her wore the same shirt. Aduh~~~ haha! After lunch, we went to Tun Jugah for a window shopping. Walk around and i off to Popular to read some books. Recently crazy about fairy tales stories...Wanna become kiddie ba.. =D After that, we off to the Spring. Not much people though since everyone started to save now because of the price hike of fuel. Everything are getting more expensive. I went to Ta Kiong and bought Toblerone Dark Chocolate for my babe. Then, we off to MPH to read some books again..hehehe~ Wanna improve your English, then read some books..I admit my English are terrible, horrible and vegetable. Who cares, as long i wanna improve, i have to sacrifice. Saw one kid. He just beside me when im reading. He shown me some books with some silly sound. He is super duper cute. Made silly face to him and he laughed. Arh~~ so cuteeeeee......His mom is super pretty too. Anyways, he left after awhile and i continued to read my fairy tales books.. It super cold that time at MPH. Then, we left and off to Ta Kiong again to buy ingredients but in the end, we didnt purchase the ingredients. We went to Choice Daily to buy the baking ingredients instead.

Went home, got ready to Church. After church, went to Upwell, Jln Song to buy butter. The butter are much more expensive nowadays. Last year just cost me around rm 4. Now, increased until Rm 6.50. I used Anchor Salted Butter. Went home, prepared the ingredients and start baking. Btw, i bake a butter cake. It's as easy as an ABC. And i just use a simple ingredients. That is butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, milk powder and eggs. Simple, isn't it? hehehe~ I forgot to capture the ingredient though...The pictures was taken without flash except the last picture.

Tomorrow is Father's Day. So, the cake is for daddy. Me and Lilian shared to buy the ingredients and i do the baking. I'll bake egg tarts soon. Anyone wanna try? teehee~ Will post about it when i bake it soon. =) Actually i wanna bake warm molten chocolate cake first but i got confused about the butter measurement. So, i change to egg tarts first.

Swt!!!!!!

Everything going smoothly at work, i think??? After cleaning up and all, i've got ready to go home. Before headed home, i went to office to claim my salary for the month of May. You know what, my basic salary for this month only RM 300. What the F*CK!!!!! She asked me to sign the salary slip without showing me the amount of my salary. So, I signed. How STUPID am i!!!! Then, she passed me the another copy of salary slip and i looked at the basic salary. OMG!!!!!! How come RM 300 only??? Immediately, i asked her why. Then, she said that i worked for 3 weeks for that particular month only. So, thats mean they did not pay for my two weeks holiday lor...How can they done this to me??????? I asked her again. How come u paid me Rm 400 for the previous months then? Then she said, we'd just being generous with you. WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY GENEROUS???? I gave her an agreement letter that i will work until end of May but i extended my working period until end of June. So, she agreed to pay me Rm400 PER MONTH. She still have to pay me full month salary even though there's a holiday, right??? Then, she felt a bit weird about my salary. So, she wanna check it all over again and asked me to get it by tomorrow. I left with empty handed...

While on the way home, i talked to my mom about it. My mom got really pissed when she heard about it. Then, reached home. She called office. She complaint about it. Let's wait and see tomorrow. IF im still not satisfied with the amount, I will complain to the BOSS. I still take the salary no matter what. But after that, i'll go and see the BOSS without any negotiation with her. What for i still wanna negotiate with her about this matter since she gave me this amount of salary? No use, right? hmmm.....She cannot simply cut down my salary what......DAMN HER!!!!!

(enough ah?) *where got that cheap? is about Rm 100+ per year*

(always got extra to pay in school) *Text books are provided by the gov now. So, save on this. But sisters still need extra revision books.*

Younger children milk powder: RM50
(cannot have the DHA, BHA, PHA one, expensive) *We don't need milk powder anymore. haha..But we drank imported fresh milk. It ain't cheap, ok?*

Miscellaneous: RM100
(shampoo, rice, sauce, toilet paper) *Besides that, we still need colgates, facial foam, soaps, detergents, fruits, coffee and tea, juices, canned foods, panadols, etc.*

Let's use a calculator to total up... WALAO EH! Shit! RM3,610 already... *For medium-sized family like us, are more than this amount.*

Besides that, I believe in Malaysia population, there are millions of rakyat Malaysia which still don't earn RM3,000/month!!!

What is this? Inilah Malaysia Boleh... Sorry .... it should be Malaysians Boleh , because we're still alive and kicking!!

ArgHHhhhhh.......start working tomorrow again. Hate it. Need to face those kind of people again. I've told my sis that I'm so regret to work there. I rather stand at the shopping complex rather than there. I'll quit soon. No worries. Now, what courses i should take up? Hospitality or tourism or nursing or education? If i want to take up education course, i have to wait till next year to apply training college or local U using my STPM result. I cant decide it now because i will change my mind soon.

Window shopping + Grocery Shopping

I woke up around 12pm today. Oh~ how "early" it is *faint* Went to the toilet and sat on the bowl dreaming for awhile. While i was dreaming, sis knocked my door asking me to washed up and took my shower as well because mom just called up saying that we going to have lunch at Song Kheng Hai. Dad, mom and youngest sis went to Boulevard this morning. So, eldest sis came back (dunno from where) to pick us up for lunch. Mom bought lotsa stuffs from Boulevard. After lunch, mom decided to go back to Boulevard again to catch up the concert organized by Astro. The concert was not bad. The MC was super duper hilarious la...Lol! Met my friend there. Watched half way, followed Lilian to second floor. She dont have the interest toward this type of concert. It more suitable for the oldies. So, we went to Popular to read some books. I went to storybook section. Picked up some storybook to read. I've read Cinderella, Thumbelina and Snow White. Nice to read though. Actually i wanna continue to read it, but sis insisted me to go already..hmmm!

After the concert ended, we did grocery shopping again. Mom bought broccoli, black beans, oranges, apples, 6 cans of button mushroom and i bought a box of Milo breakfast cereals. Off to tHe Spring. We went to Ta Kiong first. Me and Lilian went to the chocolates section first and the rest of them went to grocery section. Mom bought some stuffs at Ta Kiong again. I bought pure whole milk. Oh~ I know its fattening. But ONCE in awhile la...hehe! After grocery shopping, we walked around at the shopping complex. Met a few friends. First, met Stella. I did not see her for two years already *i guess?* Did not talk much with her though..hehe! Then, we went to read the messages hanging on the tree. Messages for the earthquake victims in China and met ivanna and her friends too. Saw another friends again. Spent our time walking around and it's 6 something already. Before headed home, bought a pack of kaya balls and 2 pcs of tokiwado. Mom nagged at me again..

Mom : Always eat. Let u eat until become a lazy pig. Ask you do some house chores, u started to show me your charcoal face...

Me : hehehe... *kept quiet and continue to eat my tokiwado*

Aiyo....what to do. I don't like to do it ba. Since i have an elder sis to do all of them. Elder sis do house cleaning, Lilian do the clothes stuffs and mom do the cooking and how about me?? Wipe the plates la..But sometimes i did the dishes too. Also, do some cleaning too depends on my mood of the day. At least I'm not that LAZY la...

This morning, woke up around 10am. Washed up and had my breakfast. Watched Korean drama at 8tv. After that, took my shower and had my lunch. We went to Parkson in town. Dad bought cadbury picnic chocolate. I ate one of them inside the car. Shared with my sis. Went home and watched tv awhile. Got so sleepy and went to sleep until 6.45pm. Woke up and got ready to go for a dinner at The Venue. There's a steamboat restaurant opened by Swam Teem Restaurant just opposite The Venue. It's more look like hornbill's one. Rm 18 per pax. Gonna try it someday =)

After dinner, actually planned to go to Spring, but then ended up round round in the city. Went home, got changed and started online. Chatted with Jaron awhile. Then, updated my blog.

I already weighed myself at Damai Puri inside the Gym. Hah~~ I lost 3kg in two month since the last time i weigh myself at Damai Puri in April. 69kg --- 66kg. Hoho~ 6kg more to go...Gambateh!!!

Long story short. Was disappointed with the room we booked. We booked a room cost rm 377 per night. I thought the room was slightly bigger than the cheapest room. Who knows, was the same size. =.=" We had fun on the first night. We even joined a function. We're OUTSIDER!!! Shame! Shame! In that function are all doctors. Mostly are INDIANS. swt~ First, we had our fun with them, but the night is still young, we continued to had fun at the lounge. Argh~ felt regret followed them to the lounge lo. I should go back to room earlier. While having fun with my friends, I didn't know that one indian guy came from my back suddenly dragged me to dance with him. Then, we introduced ourself...

Indian Guy : What is your name?
Me : I'm Yvonne. And you?
Indian Guy : I'm Alex.
Me : Oh i see...
Indian Guy : Are you working?
Me : No. I'm a student. *actually I'm working but i lied =P*

Me : =) *WTH~ gave him my number and concentrate on my studies is not related to one another at all...SWT!! If he's an angmo, i would give OR if he a young single handsome chinese guy, i would give too...BUT INDIAN, I WOULDN'T!!!*

All the doctors was having their AGM there. ALL LKK (LAU KOK-KOK) leh......Even the married one still dare to flirt with us girls. WHAT THE F*CK man.....Around 12.30am, we went back to our room. Cant stand to dance with the INDIANS. SWT!!!

On the second day, we went to play in the pool around 10am. We played in a group. Then, me and sis got up from the pool first to get ready for the lunch at the restaurant. After lunch, i went to the gym for 1 1/2 hr. Friends and sis went to the pool. While i was using the cycling machine, sis came in and told me that she's been banned from using the pool by the indian instructor. Long story short, we've got banned from using the pool. =.="""

Then i started to curse the instructor. Whenever i passed that pool area, surely i will curse him. Since i cant play in the pool, me and younger sis went to the beach. While at the beach, text-ed Jaron. He went to Damai Puri too.

Vain me...got nothing to do, so that's it =)

I wouldn't go there anymore. The room is expensive yet small. It's not worth your money to have a stay there even though the place are well renovated than damai lagoon. Next trip this coming year end would be Damai Beach Resort. I just simply say. I did not confirm going or not =P
