- Stop taking JUNK FOODS.
- Decrease your sugar and salt intake.
- Drink plenty of water. NO SOFT DRINKS. NO SWEET DRINKS. If you're the person who love to drink coffee or milk tea or any other drinks, i prefer you not to add sugar in it. At first, it doesn't taste nice, but soon after, u will get used to it. Just like me.. Trust me =)
- For your meals of the day, DECREASE your rice and red meat intake. Opt for chicken breast meat and fish. I know most of you dont like to eat breast meat because the meat not smooth and tender..hehe~ But its good for the one who wants to loss weight. Eat more vegetables and fruits as well.
- If can, skip your dinner. If cant, just eat fruits and drink plenty of water to make your stomach full. hehe~
- Stop consuming oily foods and foods that high in sugar.
- DO NOT TAKE SUPPER!!!!! Mind my words.
- Most importantly, EXERCISE regularly. Go jogging for about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. Either early in the morning or late afternoon. If you're hardworking enough, then u can jog in the morning and late afternoon.
- If you're bread lover, then opt for wholemeal bread.
- WALK around after taking your meal.
